Does Premium renew automatically?
No. The current checkout sells a one-month or one-year access pass through a one-time PayPal payment. It does not start a recurring subscription. Access ends at the paid term's expiry unless you purchase another pass.
Can I get a refund on my Premium pass?
Refund eligibility follows the Terms of Service and applicable law. Contact support with the PayPal transaction ID so the request can be reviewed.
My short link is not redirecting correctly. What do I do?
First, make sure the original URL is correct and accessible. If the link was recently created, try clearing your browser cache. If the issue persists, contact support with the short code.
Can I transfer my links to another account?
Link transfers are not self-service. Contact support with the relevant short codes so we can explain what options are currently available.
How do I report a malicious or spam link?
Use the Abuse & Safety Reports email link on this page. Include the full Shrtnlynx URL, the reason for the report, and when you encountered it. Do not open a suspicious destination or send passwords or sensitive documents.
Is there an API available?
A public API is not currently offered. Use the Business & Partnerships email link on this page for inquiries.
