The Service is available in a free tier with basic features and a Premium tier with advanced features including custom short codes, password protection, link expiration, detailed analytics, and bulk import capabilities.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete account information
Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized use or violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:

Create shortened links to content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful software through shortened links
Engage in phishing or any form of fraud or deception
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Create links to content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech
Publish or promote pornography, explicit sexual services, or explicit sexual imagery, including generated imagery
Use indirect or changing destinations to evade the Content and Destination Policy
Spam or send unsolicited messages using shortened links
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or our systems
Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Service without our explicit permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers and networks connected to it

We reserve the right to remove any links that violate these Terms and to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who engage in prohibited activities.

5. Premium Access Passes

Premium features are available through one-time, fixed-term access passes:

Pricing: $4.99 for one calendar month or $39.00 for one calendar year. Prices are in US Dollars. The selected total is shown before payment.
Payment: PayPal processes a one-time payment. Sign in first so the purchase can be linked to your account. Access activates only after confirmed payment.
Access period: A paid pass extends from your current unexpired paid-access end date, or from activation if your access has expired. Calendar periods ending on a shorter month use its last day.
No automatic renewal: Passes expire unless you purchase another pass. There is no recurring payment to cancel. Refund requests are reviewed through support under applicable law; do not purchase again if payment confirmation is pending.
Premium Features: The current paid features are listed on the purchase screen. Available features may change as the Service evolves.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted URLs), is the intellectual property of Shrtnlynx.pro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our explicit written permission. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Service.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the URLs and custom codes you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and redirect your URLs as necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for the content of the URLs you shorten and any consequences that arise from sharing them.

8. Link Availability

While we strive to maintain high uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee that shortened links will be available indefinitely. Links may become unavailable due to service maintenance, technical issues, or violation of our Terms. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the unavailability of shortened links.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHRTNLYNX.PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

11. Indemnification
