    How do I create a shortened link?
    Simply paste your long URL into the input box on the homepage and click 'Shorten Now'. Your new shortened link will appear in your Recent Links section, ready to copy and share.
    What are custom short codes?
    Custom short codes let you choose a recognizable ending instead of a generated code. For example, you might use 'event-map' for a public event page when that name is available.
    How does password protection work?
    A protected link shows a password prompt before redirecting. Use it only as a sharing control for non-sensitive material; confidential content should remain behind the destination service's own sign-in and permissions.
    Can I set links to expire?
    Yes. You can set an expiration date while creating a link. After that date, the service shows an expiration message instead of redirecting.
    What analytics do you track?
    Link reports can include click totals, timestamps, device type, browser, operating system, and referrer information. Location data is not currently recorded.
    How do I bulk import links?
    Click 'Bulk Import' on the homepage. Enter one URL per line, optionally followed by a comma and a custom code, or upload a CSV file. Review the input before creating the links.
    What's the QR code feature?
    Every shortened link can be converted into a QR code. Click the QR icon next to any link to generate and download a QR code image that people can scan with their phones.
    How do I delete a link?
    In your Recent Links section, click the trash icon next to any link to permanently delete it. This action cannot be undone.
    Is my data secure?
    We use account controls and password-protected links to help you manage access. For details about the information we collect and how it is handled, please read our Privacy Policy.

    Troubleshooting

    Link Not Working

    If your shortened link isn't redirecting properly, check that the original URL is correct and accessible. Make sure it includes "https://" or "http://". If the link has expired or been deleted, you'll need to create a new one.

    Page Not Loading

    Try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache. If the problem persists, try using a different browser or device. Our service works best on modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.

    Connection Issues

    If you're seeing connection errors, check your internet connection. If you're on a corporate or school network, the site might be blocked by a firewall. Try switching to mobile data or a different network.

    Login Problems

    If you can't log in, make sure you're using the correct email address and complete the sign-in flow again. If the issue continues, contact support with the device and browser you are using.
